Shipping Timeline

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Production Time: 2-7 business days

Your custom item is printed, quality checked, and prepared for shipment. Production times may vary slightly based on product type and current order volume.

Shipping Time: Varies by method selected at checkout

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Note: Production time is in addition to shipping time.

Q: Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 US states and all Canadian provinces and territories. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time. International expansion is coming soon!

Q: Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 7 business days of ordering, please contact us at rareplusapparel@gmail.com.

Q: Are there any additional fees for Canadian orders?

Canadian customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are not included in your order total.

Q: My order shows “In Production” – what does that mean?

Great news—your item is being made! “In Production” means your custom apparel is currently being printed, cut, and sewn by our fulfillment partners. This stage typically takes 2-7 business days.
