Shipping Policy

Rare Plus Apparel delivers unique, made-to-order apparel to film fans across the United States and Canada. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping outside of these regions is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on rates provided by our print-on-demand production partners. Rates vary depending on product type, weight, and delivery destination.
Processing Time
All items are made-to-order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment. During peak seasons, including holidays and major product releases, production times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after production are as follows:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier performance.
Order Fulfillment Locations
Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped from the customer’s home country when possible. In some cases, to avoid delays, orders may be shipped from another country.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its delivery progress.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at mediamerchplus@collector.org. We will work with our production partners and shipping carriers to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
