Return Policy

At Rare Plus Apparel, every item is made-to-order just for you. This allows us to offer unique, movie- and pop-culture-inspired designs while reducing waste and supporting sustainable fashion. Because of this print-on-demand production model through our trusted manufacturing partners, we do not hold inventory — so returns and exchanges are limited. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
  • You receive the wrong item

If this happens, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, with photos of the item and packaging, so we can process a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered – Please check our size guides carefully before ordering
  • Buyer’s remorse – Change of mind
  • Customized products – Special editions or personalized items

Because each item is custom-made, we cannot resell returned items.

Refunds

Once we verify the issue, we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full or partial refund (back to your original payment method).

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank – there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at mediamerchplus@collector.org

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mediamerchplus@collector.org with photos of the issue.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or delayed, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our manufacturing partners and shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

International Orders (Canada & USA)

Our policy applies to all orders shipped to the USA and Canada. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties, and shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange if:

  • The issue is reported after 14 days of delivery
  • The item shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery
  • Fraudulent or abusive return activity is suspected

How to Request a Return/Refund

To start a return or report a problem:

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Wait for confirmation and next steps before shipping anything back
